Waterpolo

Waterpolo has been recently relaunched at the Copley Centre, through some external funding and continuing commitment from the Swimming Club the sessions have taken on a more structured framework.

All sessions are now coached by a Senior GB team member - Dean Smith

In the last three months the under 14's team has played matches at three diffrent venues - Preston, Blackpool and most recently at Burnley.

We are planning to have further matches over the next few weeks with some local clubs - Hyde Seals and Stretford are amongst the teams we have approached.

One major event that is coming up in July is the Festival of Waterpolo hosted at Manchester Aquatic's on the 9th July, we are hoping to put two teams forward in both the mixed u14's and mixed u12's.
